Taap Master Captain — how it works

What a captain does

Visit cafés, restaurants, hotels and cloud kitchens in your assigned city.
Show owners the Taap digital menu, QR table ordering and billing desk on your phone.
Help the owner sign up with your personal captain code and set up their venue.
Make sure their menu, tables and QR cards are ready so they go live the same week.
Follow up with the venues you onboard and share their feedback with the Taap team.

Who can apply

Boys and girls aged 18 years or above (freshers aged 18–22 are welcome).
Minimum 10th pass.
Speaks confidently in any language — Hindi, English, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi or any local language.
Owns a smartphone with internet. A two-wheeler is helpful but not required.
Lives in or near one of the open captain cities.

Earnings & salary

Joining fee: ₹2,000 (one-time) — covers your Taap kit: bag, t-shirt / dress, cap and ID card.
Onboard your first 2 to 4 venues on Taap to unlock your salary.
Once Taap verifies those venues, your fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month is switched on.
Onboard 200 venues in total and your salary goes up to ₹50,000 per month.
Salary is paid by bank transfer / UPI between the 5th and 10th of each month for the previous month.

Timing

Process

1Fill the full application with your details, selfie and ID document.
2Accept the terms and pay the joining fee online.
3The Taap team reviews and verifies your documents (usually 2–5 working days).
4You are activated — you get your login, captain code and welcome PDF.
5Receive your kit, start visiting venues and track everything in your captain dashboard.
