01
Agreement
By creating an account or using Taap.wtf you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that business.
02
The service
Taap.wtf provides software for digital menus, QR table codes, table ordering and order management. We are a software provider — we do not prepare, sell or deliver food.
The venue is solely responsible for menu accuracy, pricing, taxes, allergen information, food safety and fulfilment of every order.
03
Accounts and staff
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the actions of any staff account you create.
Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
04
Orders and payments between venue and guest
An order placed through Taap.wtf is a request made by a guest to the venue. The contract for the food or drink is between the guest and the venue.
Unless stated otherwise in the app, payment for the order is collected by the venue directly. Cancellations are permitted while an order has not yet been started by the kitchen.
05
Plans and fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period. We charge no commission on orders.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
06
Acceptable use
Do not use Taap.wtf to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to attempt to access another venue's data, or to disrupt the service or probe it without permission.
We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.
07
Your content
You keep ownership of your menu content, photos and order records. You grant us the licence needed to host and display that content to your guests.
You confirm you have the rights to any photo or text you upload.
08
Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we recommend keeping a fallback way to take orders during outages.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
09
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
